Zuzana is a Qualified Neuromuscular Physical Therapist and Orthopaedic Sports Massage and Remedial Therapist. She has been running her practice since 2012.
She also holds a Master Degree in Biology and Physical Education. Her education together with her years as a professional athlete competing in both the Athens and Beijing Olympics broadens and enhances her knowledge and understanding of how the body works.
Zuzana provides treatment and intervention for acute and chronic soft tissue and muscular pain, injury and dysfunction.
She uses a wide range of soft tissue manipulating techniques including soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques, myofascial trigger point therapy, positional release, mobilisation techniques, pre, inter and post event sports massage, mechanotherapy, kinesiotaping.
Zuzana is a registered Bodywork professional with the Irish Association of Neuromuscular Physical Therapists (ANMPT) and her clients can claim back part of the cost of the treatment from health insurers such as LAYA healthcare and Irish Life Health in line with their policies.

Qualified Neuromuscular Therapist, Brie Lynch, has been a health and fitness professional for over 10 years. Coming from a background in Personal Training where she grew up on the Gold Coast, Australia, Brie has been living in Dungarvan since 2009.
In 2012 she gained her qualification in Neuromuscular Therapy (2012) while studying with the NTC. She is a full member of the Association of Neuromuscular Physical Therapists (ANMPT) and is also currently studying acupuncture. An active individual; Australian National Rhythmic Gymnastic gold medalist, Snowboard Instructor, Ironman 70.3 participant, Brie knows the importance of looking after your body and is passionate about helping her clients improve their quality of life and reach their personal goals.

Pat has been a practicing physical therapy for 20 years, treating a broad range of injuries from soft tissue injury, e.g. muscle, tendon and ligament tears; lower limb injuries such as foot, ankle, knee and hip; lower back pain, sciatic pain, neck and shoulder injuries; repetitive strain injuries e.g. tennis elbow, rotator cuff tendonitis and injuries.

Bridget has practised reiki and seichem for over twenty years. She has studied other modalities, including kinesiology, integrated energy therapy, and meditation techniques. Bridget is a registered psychiatric nurse with extensive experience listening to, helping and caring for people. She is passionate about empowering people to live their best lives, to have peace of mind and joy in their lives and appreciate the power of their minds and bodies. Reiki and Seichem are safe and healing energies. They help move through the blockages that prevent our lives from glowing as they should. This energy enhances our natural ability to heal ourselves. Reiki and Seichem healing is energy channelling. It has no association with religion, faith or belief systems.

Caroline has over thirty-two years of experience in the health care sector. She practices Physical therapy & Acupuncture. On completing her Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine studies, she travelled to Nanjing, China, working in two of the leading hospitals. She recently completed a one-year diploma study in Oncology Acupuncture. A fully compliant and registered member of Coru, the state register for health care professionals, treatment cost may be offset with all leading health care Insurers. Niamh is a Complementary Health Therapist with 10 years’ experience. She graduated from the Cork College of Commerce Complementary Health Therapy Course in 2010. Niamh gained certification in a number of therapies as part of her training and education, which are certified by ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council). These include: Diploma in Onsite Massage, Diploma in Sports Therapy Equipment and Sports Massage, Diploma in Holistic Massage, Diploma in Indian Head Massage, Diploma in Diet and Nutrition for Complementary Health Therapists, Diploma in Reflexology, Diploma in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Diploma in Aromatherapy. Niamh is also a qualified Reiki Practitioner. Niamh has also gained Certification in Advanced Massage Techniques since graduating in 2010 with a special focus on treating; Neck and Back Pain, Sciatica Pain, Carpel Tunnel, Repetitive Strain Injury, TMJ Restriction, Tendonitis.
Niamh gained further experience in Remedial Massage techniques while working at Wascana Remedial & Physiotherapy Clinic in Saskatchewan, Canada between 2013-2015. She returned to Ireland in 2016 and has worked since then as a therapist at the Greenway Health Clinic, Tournore, Dungarvan. Niamh has also studied Social Studies at University College Cork and works part-time as a Social care worker.
