Zuzana provides treatment and intervention for acute and chronic soft tissue and muscular pain, injury and dysfunction.
She uses a wide range of soft tissue manipulating techniques including soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques, myofascial trigger point therapy, positional release, mobilisation techniques, pre, inter and post event sports massage, mechanotherapy, kinesiotaping.
Zuzana is a registered Bodywork professional with the Irish Association of Neuromuscular Physical Therapists (ANMPT) and her clients can claim back part of the cost of the treatment from health insurers such as LAYA healthcare and Irish Life Health in line with their policies.

In 2012 she gained her qualification in Neuromuscular Therapy (2012) while studying with the NTC. She is a full member of the Association of Neuromuscular Physical Therapists (ANMPT) and is also currently studying acupuncture. An active individual; Australian National Rhythmic Gymnastic gold medalist, Snowboard Instructor, Ironman 70.3 participant, Brie knows the importance of looking after your body and is passionate about helping her clients improve their quality of life and reach their personal goals.

Pat has been a practicing physical therapy for 20 years, treating a broad range of injuries from soft tissue injury, e.g. muscle, tendon and ligament tears; lower limb injuries such as foot, ankle, knee and hip; lower back pain, sciatic pain, neck and shoulder injuries; repetitive strain injuries e.g. tennis elbow, rotator cuff tendonitis and injuries.

Niamh gained further experience in Remedial Massage techniques while working at Wascana Remedial & Physiotherapy Clinic in Saskatchewan, Canada between 2013-2015. She returned to Ireland in 2016 and has worked since then as a therapist at the Greenway Health Clinic, Tournore, Dungarvan. Niamh has also studied Social Studies at University College Cork and works part-time as a Social care worker.
